you from our development center in India. You can now hire fulltime developers (designers and
programmers) from us on monthly basis. Fulltime developers
allow you to concentrate on your core business and reduce
your payroll burden. You can save on hardware cost,
software cost, office space, office furniture, payment
of allowances, insurance, medical expenses, paid leave,
casual leave etc. that you would otherwise pay if you
employ a developer in your office.

HOW IT WORKS
- Each developer works exclusively for you (as directed
by you on chat and/or e-mail) during duration of contract.
- Each developer submits a daily report to you through email.
- Each developer works for 8 hours a day (9 AM to
6 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) / 5 days a week (Mon
to Fri) i.e. 40 hour a week / 160 hours per month
approx.
- Each developer's work is overseen by a supervisor
in our development center.
- Minimum 3 months contract for each developer.
